In practice, I work at the intersection of product, performance, and content 🎯 with cross-functional teams as diverse as they come. My background spans Product, Creative, and Marketing, and I've shipped work across the U.S., U.K., Canada, and LATAM 🌎 which taught me that strategy is only as good as the system that runs it.I came up through marketing operations, and it shapes how I run product: close to the customer, impatient with waste, and focused on shipping things built to last, not to demo. ⚙️ I move easily between backlogs and campaigns, sprints and stakeholders, and I've built the kind of trust with leadership that comes from delivering across regions.

💡 What I'm working on:

💻 I'm currently a Product Manager at Bunker DB, leading two squads end-to-end from user stories to launch, cutting the bug backlog from high to low while shipping a new CRM module in parallel. I own the roadmap and metrics, keep internal and external stakeholders aligned, and drive go-to-market with marketing and sales.📣 Now and then I take on a hand-picked project as a consulting PM, usually helping a smaller team run a launch or tighten up their digital operations.
